Williamsburg Octagonal Tea Chest
Reproduced from an antique octagonal tea chest circa 1740-1760, this outstanding tea caddy requires a skilled craftsman hand-fitting more than 25 separate pieces.
Lined with foil and completed with beautiful, patina brass hardware. The original tea caddy is in the collections of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
This specific tea chest was purchased in Williamsburg in the early 1970s – when these reproductions were still made in Williamsburg.
Measures approximately 4.75” tall, 5.75” diameter.
Perfect for storing incense, crystals, or other small objects!
