What is your return policy?
To ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns of product.
What is your shipping policy/ rates?
Orders in the United States, under $100 have a flat shipping fee of $9.99. Orders over $100 ship free. We will select the most economical shipping method, while still getting your items to you safely and quickly. Items are insured up to $100. If you require additional insurance for an additional fee, please let us know. All items are carefully and securely packed.
My order was damaged during shipping.
We take great care and time to package our products. If any part of your order is received damaged, we will raise a claim with the courier and will require photographs of the damage to the shipping box and damaged goods to be sent to us to raise the courier claim. Please email FaustMetaphysical (at) gmail (dot) com with your order number and the photographs and we will be happy to assist.
How long does it take to ship out custom-made items?
It depends on the product and the complexity of crafting it, the time of year, and how many people are in a queue for custom items. Generally speaking, it takes one to two weeks (or less) to make items. If an item will take longer, you will be informed.
Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar store. However, we do attend events with our pop-up shop! To find us at an event, visit our Appearances Page.

- Errors in the description or prices for Goods

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with & How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
